LYSA Lacrosse offers winter training for registered athletes leading up to the spring competitive league run by LILax. The spring season includes 1-2 weekly spring practices scheduled by the coach and league games are held on Sundays in Suffolk County

2 Step Registration Process:
1-Obtain USA Lacrosse membership
2-Register for LYSA lacrosse
*We are now using the new TeamSnap One platform. Please register using the same email address as TeamSnap so any other teams you may be in are visible in the new platform.
STEP 1-
As per LILax, all boys must have USA Lacrosse membership prior to registration.
USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP MUST BE VALID THROUGH 6/30/2026. You will have to renew if the expiration date is earlier than 6/30/2026.
