REGISTRATION OPENS NOVEMBER 23rd
LYSA Girls Lacrosse is a member of the Suffolk County Girls Lacrosse League, providing players with the opportunity to develop their skills and compete against other programs throughout Suffolk County.
WINTER
Mondays • January 4 – February 8
Jr High School Gym
Girls K-3rd 6:00-7:00 • 4th-6th 7:00-8:00
Must be registered to participate. Full equipment required, sneakers & water. Parents/siblings are not permitted in the gym with the exception of K & 1st grade.
SPRING
Team practices begin in March and are scheduled based on the availability of the coaches. Located at Longwood HS or LYSA Sports Complex in Yaphank. Some coaches may offer extra practices at their discretion.
Games on Sundays • 4/4 – 5/9
Jamboree • 5/16 in Bellport (Mandatory Event)
Game schedules are released by Suffolk County Girls Lacrosse at the end of March.
UNIFORMS
Uniform orders are no longer associated with registration. A separate link will be provided. Jersey numbers are first come first serve regardless of seniority. Order deadline is 1/15

All equipment is mandatory as per USA Lacrosse regulations

All field players must properly wear eye protection (Goggles or Helmet) that meets ASTM specification standard F803 for women’s adult/ youth lacrosse for the appropriate level of play.

REGISTRATION
Registration fees includes indoor winter trainings, league team fees, referee fees, Suffolk County Jamboree tournament & insurance.
