2023 Spring season includes 1-2 weekly practices scheduled at the discretion of the coach and Sunday league games 4/2-5/21.
Suffolk County Girls Lacrosse governs girls youth lacrosse across Suffolk County and is a competitive league focusing on building fundamental skills and game IQ.
Longwood youth lacrosse registration includes preseason trainings, weekly spring practices and Spring Sunday league games. All athletes must be registered to participate in preseason trainings.
Registration closes 1/15. Early bird pricing prior to January 1st is $160. After Jan 1st it is $185.
**For late registration jersey numbers will be given randomly. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate jersey name or number requests as orders will not come in time for our season. Thank you for your understanding.**
Spring practices will begin in March as soon as the weather allows. All practice days/times are scheduled by the individual coaches.
Spring league games are played on Sundays. Times and locations will not be available until March.

All field players must properly wear eye protection (Goggles or Helmet)that meets ASTM specification standard F803 for women’s adult/ youth lacrosse for the appropriate level of play. - The goalkeeper must wear a helmet with face mask (NOCSAE approved), separate throat protector, padded gloves, mouth piece, and chest protector. The goalkeeper may wear padding on arms, legs, and shoulders which does not excessively increase the size of those body parts. High school level and below must wear padding on thighs and shins. Youth level must wear some form of abdominal and pelvic protection. Goalies are required to wear padded gloves.
