Suffolk County Girls Lacrosse developmental league focusing on teaching fundamental skills. Registration includes pinnie, preseason trainings, weekly spring practices and Spring Saturday league play. All athletes must be registered to participate in preseason trainings.
Registration closes 1/15. Early bird pricing prior to January 1st is $55. After Jan 1st it is $75.
Spring practices will begin in March as soon as the weather allows. All practice days/times are scheduled by the individual coaches.
Spring league is played on Saturdays for Girls K-1. Times and locations will not be available until March and Suffolk County Girls K-1 league is structured in the following manner:
45 minutes of skill work with 3 other teams
2- 20 min scrimmages with no goalie
PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE TEAMSNAP APP SO YOU CAN ACCEPT THE INVITATION TO JOIN YOUR TEAM WHEN THE TIME COMES. TEAMS WILL BE ESTABLISHED AFTER REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED IN JANUARY. UNTIL THEN, ALL TRAINING INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED VIA EMAIL.

All field players must properly wear eye protection (Goggles or Helmet)that meets ASTM specification standard F803 for women’s adult/ youth lacrosse for the appropriate level of play.
